The Hartford Voices on Education Project is a collaborative effort between ConnCAN and the North Hartford Strategic Network. Through this intensive six-week filmmaking and community storytelling initiative, Hartford teens were given the opportunity to learn valuable video production skills and to engage with community members around how to improve public education in their city.
